Important Notice!
Temporary Limited Hours
Due to COVID-19 we are restricted in the hours open and amount of donations we can accept

  • Drop-off times: Monday – Saturday 10 am – Noon
  • Temporary donation limit: 8 bags/boxes
  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we may need to close our donation station early if donations exceed our “safe processing” capacity. We will reopen on the next donation day.
  • Call ahead: To ensure we are open and able to accept your donation we suggest calling prior to arrival 517-445-5050

You can donate new, nearly new and gently loved items to the LACASA Collection. The proceeds from your tax-deductible donations directly fund critical programs for victims of abuse at LACASA Center.

*Donating Furniture? Send us a photo 

  • Large Items: If you want to donate a large piece of furniture— like a hutch, sofa, armoire, desk, or dresser— snap a photo and email it to us at We need to make sure we have space for your item.
  • Pick-Ups: We regret that our charity organization does not have the transportation capability to pick up donations at this time. We hope to add that feature in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
